Refund Policy
Customers may cancel an order only if it has not yet been prepared. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel as soon as possible if needed. Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

Full refunds will be provided if the food causes illness or there is a genuine serious issue with the order.

Partial refunds may be provided for missing or incorrect items; in these cases, only the value of the affected items will be refunded.
All other refunds are not available, including cases of a change of mind or delayed delivery beyond our control.
