Homely Meals delivers locally within a 5-mile radius of our shop using our own drivers. All deliveries are managed directly through our website; we do not use third-party delivery services. A minimum delivery fee of £1.50 applies, but fees may vary depending on distance, weather, or other conditions. Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Orders will only be delivered during our specified delivery hours, as displayed on the website. While we aim to deliver on time, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Homely Meals is not liable for minor delays, but we will always aim to communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation via email or text (based on the contact information provided). This confirmation will include an estimated delivery time and the delivery fee.

Our drivers follow strict hygiene and safety standards when handling food to ensure it arrives in good condition. Please note that food may be hot upon arrival; customers are responsible for safe handling after delivery.



If there is a problem with your delivery, such as missing items or damaged food, please contact Homely Meals immediately using the contact details provided. We will assess the situation and offer a partial refund or replacement where appropriate.

Customers may provide delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, flat numbers, or contactless delivery preferences) during the ordering process. Homely Meals will make reasonable efforts to follow these instructions but is not liable if special requests cannot be fulfilled.

Homely Meals reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location outside our delivery radius, to customers providing false information, or in situations where delivery may be unsafe for the driver or the food.

We reserve the right to update delivery fees, delivery areas, and delivery policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website and take effect immediately for new orders.
