Terms & Conditions

  1. Age Requirement: Customers must be 16 years or older to place an order.

  2. Ordering: All orders must be placed through our website. For bulk or catering orders, customers must contact us by phone using one of the three numbers provided on our website. While the website allows bulk ordering, it is not fully compatible for large catering orders, so phone booking is advised.

  3. Allergies & Dietary Information: All allergen information is displayed on the menu. Customers with specific dietary requirements should contact us before or after placing an order if needed.

  4. Payment: Payments are processed manually, via bank transfer. No card information is stored online.

  5. Delivery: We reserve the right to vary delivery fees based on distance or external conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate addresses or unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Order Changes: Customers may cancel an order only if it has not been prepared. Once preparation starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

  7. Liability: Homely Meals is not liable for any indirect losses, including those resulting from delayed delivery, change of mind, or minor issues not affecting the quality or safety of the food.

  8. Cancellations & Refunds: See our Refund Policy below.

  9. Website Use: Customers must use the website responsibly and provide accurate information. We may suspend or refuse service if abuse is suspected.

  10. Customers must make sure that the item is available by checking our WhatsApp Group Chat before ordering. Homely Meals will not be issuing refunds for orders that are not available at the store. 

  11. Customers must pay the bill over bank transfer. Homely Meals will not accept the order until payment is received.

  12. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
